Well you did buy the thing and you did have the oppertunity to get rid when it first went wrong.

I'd have asked for a refund coz it must have started to skip way before the six months.

Having not done that I'd except with good grace the offer of a free Laser unit and then ditch the thing ont the S/h market.

I've had my current CDP for 5 years, the only thing to have gone wrong in that time was a draw closure transistor. Yes it get used every day. Oh the make ...Quad. I've an even older Denon [10yrs] and not had a squeeck of trouble.


So as always its buyer beware!
